You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and contact information. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Any illegal activity, spamming, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

All services are billed on a recurring basis according to the cycle selected during checkout. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in the suspension or termination of your services. All payments are processed securely.

4. Backups and Data Loss

While we implement strict security measures, your use of our services is at your own risk. RAEA FOR HOST LLC is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on our servers.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
